Sometimes things goes wrong in cooking / bakingLast night, i tried to bake a homemade wholemeal bread. This was my first attempt in baking a bread. Feels confidence that i know what to do then i gave it a go.
Turned out, i over kneading and the result the bread is cracked...
Today, I've found the source to learn how to knead the bread dough here. I will learn how to knead from them then :)
Although this time, i made 'cracked' wholemeal bread but hey... it won't stop me for baking a homemade bread !! :)
